This luxury suite is inspired by the relaxing and calming feel of a cozy cottage along the shore. With it's own private entrance, The Chesapeake Suite features a large picture window in the bedroom with a beautiful view of the water and wildlife, as well as water and garden views from the sitting room. This room also offers a King size 4 poster bed with all natural latex mattress, Jacuzzi tub, private bathroom with shower and antique sink, compact refrigerator, Keurig specialty beverage maker, individual thermostat,free wi-fi, remote controlled flame less candles, a portable DVD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a large sitting area for just taking it easy. $235.00/night week ends and $195.00 night Sunday-Thursday. This room does have a full size futon in the sitting room that can accomodate up to 2 extra people with a $25.00 extra person charge. Guest must notify us if the futon will be needed for extra guests. MINIMUM STAY: a 2 night minimum stay is required on week-ends. Please call for the potential for a one night stay or to be on our waiting list. All rates are based on single or double occupancy, and are subject to 5% VA sales tax. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas ONLY. Sorry, no pets. Children over 16 are permitted. DEPOSITS: a room deposit of 50% of total stay guarantees your reservation. Balance is due upon departure. Visa, MasterCard, and U.S. personal checks accepted. CANCELLATIONS: ALL cancellations before 14 days of reservation will receive a full refund of deposit minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made within 14 days of stay will receive a credit towards a future stay minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Early Departures will be charged for entire stay. CHECK IN time is in between 3-7 pm. Please call or email ahead if you plan on arriving later. CHECK OUT time is 11:00 a.m.
