The Inn at Tabbs Creek is an award winning B&B chosen among the Top 10 in the US in 2013 and rated #1 on Tripadvisor. With a relaxed waterfront atmosphere and commitment to casual elegance, the Bride and Groom, Family and Friends will experience a truly unique and memorable event. Due to our secluded property and natural setting, we are only allowed for up to 6 weddings per year, making your event even more special!

We offer two all-inclusive packages for up to 120 people, and will work with you to help you plan your special day and coordinate all vendors. We are not wedding coordinators, however, but we do most of the groundwork and can connect you with the best people to help with flowers, music, photography and catering, and will be on call all week end long to help ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

All wedding bookings are for a two night week end stay, and include lodging for 12 guests in 6 special guestrooms on property. Since week-ends are very limited for weddings, let us know if you have any dates set or in mind so that we can first check for availability. The Waterfront Wedding Package:

Our Waterfront Wedding package is designed for the bride & groom and up to 49 family members/guests. This all inclusive package includes the following:

*Exclusive use of The Inn at Tabbs Creek for the entire weekend booked, Friday 3:00 pm until Sunday 11:00 am. which includes common areas, fire pit, pool area and grounds for your rehearsal , wedding and reception. (Early Check-In and late Check Out usually available)
*All 6 guestrooms for overnight double occupancy accommodations on Friday and Saturday nights. Add a 3rd night of Thursday or Sunday for 30% off regular rate. (Note: rooms are included in price based on double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate extra person(s) for an additional fee of $25.00 per person per night).
*White Reception Frame or Pole Tent to accommodate the Bride & Groom and up to 49 guests will be provided, erected and disassembled
*Clear Sidewalls will be delivered and put up around tent, (only in case of rain).
*Tent Lights and Pole Skirts for all tent poles will be set up
*Cherry Dance Floor assembled and in place
*Round Dinner tables, Bar Tables, Cake and Food Tables, will be provided, erected and disassembled
*White table linens as well as white or colored overlays to match your wedding “Colors”
*White chairs for wedding reception will be provided, erected and disassembled
*Separate ceremony Wedding Archway and seating will be provided, erected and disassembled
*Parking attendants to organize guest arrival and parking before ceremony
*Elite Wedding “His and Hers” outdoor Port O Johns with lights, tent, and hand washing station
*Full gourmet Breakfast Buffet served for all overnight guests both mornings
*Free Kayak rentals for overnight guests throughout the week end.
This “Waterfront Wedding Package” is based upon a minimum number of 24 wedding and reception guests as well as the bride and groom. The Base cost of this package is $5,750.00 For each guest over 24 and up to 49 please add $50.00 per person additional charge to base price. Pricing includes all state and local taxes for what is included in package.
***Pricing does not include catering, dishes, glassware or utensils, flower arrangements, music, professional photography, or mistress/master of ceremonies. We have a vendor list of local talent that have worked with our venue in the past and have done an excellent job at reasonable prices. You may also bring in other Vendors of your choosing and we will be happy to coordinate with them as well!

The Ultimate Waterfront Wedding Package

Our Ultimate Waterfront Wedding package is designed for the Bride & Groom and up to 120 family members/guests. This all inclusive package includes the following:

Pricing includes all state and local taxes for what is included in package.
